Corporate Strategy
The first step in effective management is defining the target (goal) – the purpose (objective) which planned to achieve a business. The goal of business is the expected number of targets and planned to be achieved by the company. Organizational goals can be achieved if companies are able to implement the steps / strategies contained in the plan.
As for the strategies:
- Corporate strategy (corporate strategy)
- Is a strategy to determine the company’s overall attitude toward growth step and the way companies manage business or product line, such as: increasing the activity / investment, including savings.
- Business Strategy (Business / Competitive Strategy)
- The strategy taken at the level of business units / product lines are focused on improving the company’s competitive position.
- Strategy Functional (Functional Strategy)
- The managers in specific areas only decide the best way to achieve corporate objectives by being as productive as possible.
